Growth was bottlenecked by onboarding friction and limited reach — merchants needed to find and adopt the product where they already work, and end users needed mobile access.
Built and published a public Shopify app to meet merchants in their existing storefront workflow, and shipped a React Native iOS app to the App Store. Modernized the legacy Next.js marketing surface for speed and a tighter security posture.

Meet merchants where they already are
Onboarding was the bottleneck. Asking merchants to leave their storefront and adopt yet another tool is friction. So I built and published a public Shopify app — the product shows up inside the workflow merchants already live in. That single change lifted merchant onboarding by 50%.
Mobile reach
End users needed access on the go, so I shipped a React Native (Expo) iOS app to the App Store — getting through the review process and expanding the product’s reach beyond the browser.
A faster front door
The marketing surface was a legacy Next.js app that was slow and loose on security. I modernized it: 35% faster page loads, 20% lower bounce rate, and a tighter security posture — so the first impression actually converts.
